The Public Procurement Complaints Commission

The Public Procurement Complaint Commission is located at the Internal Revenue Board´s office, Borgartúni 21, 105 Reykjavík, Iceland.

The role of the Commission is to settle, quickly and impartially, complaints submitted by economic operators relating to alleged violations of the Public Procurement Act and rules established on the basis thereof. The committee operates according to Article 103 Act on public procurement no. 120/2016.

The complaint and supporting documents shall be sent electronically to the email address of the Public Procurement Complaint Commission or submitted to the office. For each complaint is a complaints fee of ISK 150.000.
