What can Iceland and The Netherlands learn from each other?
The Embassy of Iceland, in cooperation with Green By Iceland, invite you to a morning seminar on Geothermal Energy and the Way Forward. The seminar will take place on June 8 2023 in The Hague, where we will discuss common challenges and experiences, and especially the means to accelerate the development of this important renewable energy source in both Iceland and the Netherlands.

The event will take place at The Hague Conference Centre on the 8th of June 2023, starting at 9am. Doors will open at 8:30am.
H.E. Ambassador Kristján Andri Stefánsson will welcome participants before handing over to the keynote speaker, Ms Rósbjörg Jónsdóttir, Managing Director of the Iceland Renewable Energy Cluster, Mr Sigurður Atli Jónsson, CEO of Arctic Green Energy, Mr Antoine Lochet, legal counsel at Icelandic law firm BBA//FJELDCO, and Mr Hans Bolscher, Secretary General of Geothermie Nederland. The participants will then engage in a panel discussion, ending with a Q&A session.
