Consul General Nikulas Hannigan at Ukraine Flag Raising in NYC

Consul General Nikulas Hannigan attended a moving ceremony organized by the NYC Mayor’s Office to show solidarity for Ukraine. NYC Mayor Eric Adams along with Ukraine’s Consul General Oleksii Holubov and others witnessed the raising of the Ukrainian national flag together with the stars and stripes of the American flag.
