Publications and reports

Information about Word templates for reports can be obtained from the Heads of Communications at the ministries.

Printed reports can use any of the ministries‘ colour palettes but always follow a single palette. Colour palettes are not to be mixed.

No ministry can claim a single colour palette.

Cover page

Covers can be:

  • Solid colour background.
  • Solid colour background with a pattern.
  • Colour background (with/without pattern) along with an image.
  • Full image.

What does not change:

  • Height and width of the white area.
  • Location and size of the coat of arms.
  • Location and size of the ministry's name.
  • Location of the title.
  • Location and size of the date.

What changes:

  • Title and bolding in the title.
  • Date.
  • Ministry name.
  • Background colour, image, or pattern.

Be mindful not to include too much information on each page.
