Text

• Job titles and office names should be lowercase in Icelandic but capitalized in English.
• Telephone numbers should be S. (for sími) & F. (for farsími) in Icelandic and T. (for landline telephone number) and M. (for mobile) in English, with the country code included in the English version.
• Office addresses should be in the accusative case in Icelandic and the nominative case in English.
• The website should be stjornarradid.is in Icelandic and government.is in English.

Letterheads

• The coat of arms is printed in colour.
• Blue colour: CMYK 100—75—0—18
• The coat of arms is always in the top left corner.
• The name of the ministry is always in the bottom left corner.
• Other information is in two lines, in the same size as the text in the ministry's name and aligned with the ministry's name.
• Ensure that the text is neither too close to the coat of arms nor the ministry's name.

Envelopes

• The Icelandic coat of arms is printed in colour.
• Blue colour: CMYK 100—75—0—18
• The coat of arms and the name of the ministry are always in the top left corner.
• Other information is in one line, in the same size as the text in the ministry's name and aligned with the ministry's name.
• Envelopes are available in sizes C4, C5, and M65.
