The Public Procurement Complaints Commission
The role of the Commission is to settle, quickly and impartially, complaints submitted by undertakings relating to alleged violations of the Public Procurement Act and rules established on the basis thereof.

For each complaint there is a complaints fee of ISK 150.000.
