Iceland‘s first session as a member of the Human Rights Council

Yesterday was a historic day when Iceland attended the first session of the Human Rights Council since being elected to the Council this summer.

Iceland in Sweden

The Embassy of Iceland in Stockholm represents Iceland vis-à-vis Sweden, as well as Albania and Kuwait. The role of the Embassy is to represent the interest of Iceland in all respects, promoting bilateral political, economic, trade, investment and cultural relations between Iceland and the above-mentioned countries. Furthermore, the Embassy protects and assists, when needed, Icelandic nationals.
